Trulia is free! The only reason you would have to pay is if you purchased one of their feature banners that run horizontally or vertically on some of the webpages in Trulia. Windermere has purchased the rights to be the perferred broker in the North West so all the Windermere agents get a little advantage of using this site because Trulia will act as a portal for our listings & have them be featured listings for other viewers on this site.

Trulia is a free web site as for posting and asking questions. You can even input your listings into the Trulia system at no cost. However, if you want a "premium" package they do charge you for that. I have not yet used that package. But come on and see what you can do to help others. I have enjoyed taking a moment here and there to answer some questions that others are asking.
