Home values are higher in the trolley Square area. Then you can move onto Westover Hills, Greenville, Centerville and surrounding areas.

Well, in the city I would say Trolley Square or 40 acres. Of course, there is Greenville and West End but unless you have clients making 500K or is Vice President of the United States (Biden is from Greenville) you can find something there. Then you have North Wilmington-Bellfonte, 202 and Concord Pike area before the Pennsylvania line. There are a lot.

If you are from the Wilmington area or live here, I am sure you will recognize Greenville, Centerville and Hockessin as upscale areas. However, depending on the price range you are seeking there are pockets of expensive communities in other area of North Wilmington and Pike Creek. It really depends on what you are looking for. Most communities off the Kennett Pike which runs thru Greenville and Centerville will be over the $500k mark. You can also find that price range in the city, again off Rte. 52 but within the city in areas like Rockland Rd., around the Art Museum then on the other side of 52 there's the WaWaSet area which has some beautiful, older stately homes. There are a multitude of neighborhoods in Wilmington whose prices are currently above 500K.
