Many homes are selling in this market at the assessed value, which is usually lower than market value. You can always look online for Lexington property taxes. It is public information. Good luck..

If you mean lexington, it would be right around $2250... the problem with Lexington is that the cheapest sale in the last 6 months was $267,500 but since it was assessed for $300k + ...the taxes were $3777.
Point of the story ... assessed value is different than sale prices, and it's assessed value that will determine the taxes.
