Try searching Realtor.com If it's still available it should be listed there.

If it was listed with a real estate agent, then you can call any agent and find out its status. If the owner was selling it him/herself--and the land was included--you should be able to find out from your city or county tax office; land sales will be recorded. If it was just the double wide, the quickest way to find out is to simply knock on the door and ask.

My MLS (Multiple Listing Service) doesn't have information on your city. The easiest way would probably be to call a local realtor and ask them to find out. Your pva office might have the information also if it sold and the new deed has been recorded. Good Luck!
