If you're doing a rent-to-own right now, then why are you working with a Realtor? Sure, she can help. But sounds like you've already done the deal.

It might help if you restated the question--clearly, in some detail.

Hope that helps.

Hi Bianca,
Any good Realtor should be able to help you either purchase the home you are in or find you a new one. Be sure that they have expertise in current market values and the neighborhood you are in!!!!

Looks like your question came over into two separate parts. Sounds like a complicated situation and you need to talk to your REALTOR. Rent to own situations rarely work out, and the terms of the agreement are usually in favor of the seller, not the buyer. Your agent can help you with the rent to own scenario, but the seller may or may not want to pay the agent a commission. There are many questions that need to be answered. Talk to your agent.

I think the first part of your question was cut off. What is it you're asking exactly?
