Hi Wendy,
Purchasing land is very different from purchasing a single family home or a manufactured home. The laws and guidelines for financing land and manufactured homes are different from regular home financing. First and far most there is no collatoral. The lender would have to consider the amount of risk involved should you default or change your mind about buying the manufactured home yo place on the lot after receiving the loan.

Hello Wendy,

I have a direct banker I deal with that I believe offers a package, depending on your credit/income, that is 30% down. I'm not sure if they have something better, but I will check it out on Monday. Please call me when you have a chance.
