In Palm Bay county, since October 1, 2007, public records show there were 286 residential vacant land sales (some would possibly include new construction) with price range of $10,000-$700,000

If you are interested in purchasing or selling a lot, you may want to contact a good experienced knowledgeable local realtor to give you more detailed information
a) prices in specific areas or price range that interests you or
b) value of your lot, if your intent is to price to consider selling

Wow, Frank, don't just look, jump in! Seriously, I have seen lots in Palm Bay selling for $50,000 two years ago and now those same lots are $20,000. Some even lower than that.
