Behind Methuen high school there is a wooded path that loops behind the holy family hospital. It's probably a little more than a mile long and great for dog walking.

Milk St park welcomes dogs too but there are always people there so dogs need to be leashed.

Denrock Park in Lawrence is about 10 mins away and has many hiking trails. A lot of dirty ponds but we found a part clean enough for dog to swim.
