landowners association (Sunbelt)

I have 2 parcels of land in florida (putnam county) and i was solicited by sunbelt landowners association: http://www.sunbeltlandowners.com/

They offer a 1 or 2 year membership to receive their newsletter which gives you information about what's going on in the area and new development, news, etc. With the membership, landowners get liability insurance for 1 million dollars. They say in their newsletter, "It covers our members in the event an accident occurs on their vacant lot for which they may be potentially liable."

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY? STRANGE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO FILL OUT AN INSURANCE QUESTIONNAIRE. IT ALMOST SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WITH THE LIABILITY COVERAGE.

Jerry,
I went to the My Florida website to check it out. I did not find this company on first attempt. Give it a try and remember if it sounds too good to be true it just may very well be.
