Make up a colorful flyer, don't be too cheap. Deliver personally or send to all Real Estate offices you can find. Many agents are looking for someone to handle vacant properties with lawn and snow shoveling. You MUST be reliable. We talk alot to each other in the office. If you are good the word spreads quickly! How far are you willing to travel?
