The entire zip code is an area that is growing, is located near great shopping, top schools and major employment centers. It is a very desirable area of Orlando. Values are great and tend to hold well here for resale. As with all zip codes you will find some variations in neighborhoods and homes.
The absolute best way to learn the differences is to find a Buyers Agent that can help you personally and one that refrains from making specific statements about neighborhoods niches. As your agent I would begin to analyze your criteria and needs in a home. Secondly, I would send you homes that match that criteria via email to your inbox. This saves time in the car. THEN when you see some on email that spark your interest we can meet, get in the car and start looking. You will begin to see for yourself the neighborhoods and ammeities it provides or doesn't.
