I'm not sure if you are looking to stay close to Pittsburgh or if you are looking in other areas of PA, but there is one community that I know offers many homes of that style...The Hideout in Lake Ariel, PA http://(www.hideoutassoc.com). This community offers many amenities including boating, swimming and tennis.
In Eastern PA we do have several homes of that style, I searched in Northampton and Lehigh county and 33 results appeared.

Well, there is one in Hampton ($295K). There may be more; not everyone is diligent about filling out the "Style" field in the MLS properly.

There are 22 listed outside Allegheny county, many quite striking, and in a wide range of prices. So, they're rare, but they surely exist.
