Hi Frankie, I see you have received several responses so far, but thought I'd throw my hat into the ring as well. My office is at Weichert, Realtors in Warren, and I currently have listings in both Warren and Basking Ridge and know first hand that there are strong arguments for both towns. In 2008 I had 6 closed listings/sales in Warren and 3 listings/sales in Basking Ridge, so I am very familiar with both sides of the process in both towns. As a first step, I would be happy to prepare a comprehensive Market Analysis on your existing home in Warren and give you an update on the local market conditions. If you do decide to interview agents in the area, I hope you will give me an opportunity.

Hi Frankie. I am very familiar with both towns. I grew up in the area, my wife and I currently live in Basking Ridge - which is an amazing town, and both of us work in Warren. In fact, I am a Broker/Associate with RE/MAX Competitive Edge located in the heart of Warren. I currently have listings in both towns, (ranging from the $300,000's to the $2 million range), so I am well aware of the major and more subtle differences between both towns, the schools systems, neighborhoods, etc. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Best of luck with your decision! Lou

I have been doing business from my own office in the Warren and Basking Ridge area for the last 21 years . I went through the late 80's-early 90's market that is similar to the market we are in . I also have lived in Warren and Basking Ridge and currently reside in Gillette. Feel free to contact me to see if my years of experience and knowledge can help you with your move. Good luck!

Hello,
I was born and raised in Warren, Mountain Ave to be exact! Not far from Watchung Hills Reg H.S. Boy has that area changed! Both areas are great. It all depends on what you are looking for and why the move. Down sizing? Schools? Traffic? Taxes? Not sure what you are looking for. Please drop me a line and tell me what the goal is. jvroom@weidel.com
