You can access this information right here on Trulia by clicking on "find homes" at the top of the page, entering the address, and clicking on "recently sold homes."

Hi Kevin - you can find sold home information one property at a time on the public tax records. This is pretty tedious. The best option, as Glenda mentioned, is to speak with a real estate agent who can run this information for you in the MLS.

Hey Kevin - you can find just sold info here ...

Enter you search terms (zip code, subdivision ...) and make sure to click the "Solds Only" checkbox. It has sold data for the last 15 months.

The most up-to-date information on sold homes would be in the MLS - if you're a real estate professional, this should be easy enough to find. If you're not, you should ask a real estate professional for help.
