First off, do not deal with weichert. They are the nastiest people out there. Second, and more importantly, make sure you know what is involved in what you are trying to do. Hopefully you have experience in trying to flip a house. Make sure you have more than enough money for unexpected things that might come up. And as one of my co-workers has stated below, ZILLOW ESTIMATES ARE WORTHLESS. Good luck to you.....

Keep in mind that the Zillow value is less than meaningless.

You can try FHA 203k financing but you must be an occupant and must qualify.
My other thought is - buy for the 500K (assuming the bank will accept) and if the appraised value is what it is, refinance or take out an equity loan.
