The area is up and coming following the real estate blitz. It is well supplied with grocery stores and easy to get to and from Williamsburg, Brooklyn Downtown, Manhattan. A 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom aparment there will easily command $1,500 and $1,250 respective. How is that for your expected rent roll?
