Hi! Homes on the East side are usually higher in price, however, you have some very expensive and charming homes on the west side as well. All the children go to the same schools so that is not an issue. Good luck in your search or if you want to sell check out my web site!

Heaton Court is right on the bordeline of what is considered the West side of Closter. Piermont Road is considered the dividing line between East and West side of town in Closter and Heaton is on the West side of Piermont, so it would be the West side, but right at the edge of it.
