It depends on how quickly the listing agent changes the status in the MLS. Looks like you have enough agents willing to help you already....however, If you would like my assistance I am a phone call away.

What's the address and I'll send you all the information on the sale of the home. I can also give you other sold and for sale comps in the same area if you are interested in that information.
Best Wishes,

If you are looking for sold data in Laguna Niguel, you can view the most recent sold properties (last 30-days) at http://www.hartanovteam.com/laguna-niguel-sold-last-30-days.php . The information is updated daily once the listing agent enters the sold data in the MLS.
If not Laguna Niguel, you can check out the same data for other cities on our website.

Has the home actually closed or is it just in escrow? It's not clear in your question. If there is a SOLD sign on the property because the home is in escrow, then it could be any amount of time. If cash, it could close in as little as a week to 10 days. If financing is involved, could be 30-45 day escrow. It's hard to say, but generally the escrow period is 30-45 days. With a short sale, it's much longer and bank owned properties tend to be a little longer as well. If you email me the property address, I can keep an eye on it for you and email you once the information is posted. cfleming@coldwellbanker.com. Thanks.

Depends on how efficient the Listing Agent is. Sometimes it benefits them to leave it there a bit longer to generate more calls, that generates more leads. I'm sure that either of the Agents that answered, or any Agent you may know can get you that info, if you give em an address.
Best of luck!
