As long as the land is deeded to you in your name, it will be easy to sell it. Just hire a real estate professional (like me) and get a market analysis on what the current value of the property is worth and put it up for sale. If you have a buyer, call a real estate attorney or if you have used a title company in the past, call your contact there and they could help you get the sale to closing.
