how can I find office space to lease?

I am looking for very nice, clean, professional office space so that my design firm can flourish outside of the home office. Downtown Edmonds, WA or a particularly busy location in Seattle, WA would really be ideal. At least one parking space will be needed. My budget is small, but I will be the best tenant ever! =)

The best place to start your office search is to get a referral from a broker in a top real estate firm(s) in the area you are interested in. The broker often knows many of the commercial estate agents working in the area.

Another good way to find space is to contact the companies leasing space in a building that appeals to you and ask them how to contact the building managers. They can certainly put you in touch with the real estate agents who have brought them great clients for their building. These commercial agents will often know what other good spaces are for lease in that area and can work with you to find what you need.

I hope this was helpful. Good luck in your search!
