They are generally lower in price than other areas of Cherry Hill. The Barlow section is well located. Enjoying close proximity to all major roads & highways, within minutes of Philadelphia, shopping, entertainment, and last but not least, the much acclaimed Cherry Hill school system. With mortgage rates at historic lows and affordable housing you can own for less than renting!

Yes, Kenji,

They are usually lower priced. The reason for that is that they are generally smaller than other homes in Cherry Hill and also older. They still benefit from a great school system. They are closer to the great shopping at the Cherry Hill Mall and Garden State Pavillions. They are near major roads and are a great buy for buyers wanting to purchase a single home rather than a town home.

Kenji,

As in any town, there are a wide range of prices, styles and ages of homes in Cherry Hill. The Barlow section of Cherry HIll is older than many other sections and has many homes which are smaller and therefore worth less than other homes in neighborhoods of larger and newer homes. Cherry Hill is one of the largest communities in South Jersey with huge diversity in it's housing, with everything from mobile homes to mansions. This variety gives everyone an opportunity to find something that suits them in a great school district, within easy commuting distance of Philadelphia, with every conceivable service, restaurant, shop, etc. that you can imagine! Its a great place to live.
