If you own your home free and clear you will need to pay for your property taxes and homeowners insurance annually. If your home is in an association you will have monthly HOA fees along with your utility bills.

With no mortgage, your fees will include taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance and/or homeowner association fees...all of which vary based upon location and are easily searchable online.
