can someone please rent to a loving family with a Housing Choice voucher certificate?3 or 4 bdrms.

I have a Housing Choice voucher Certificate (formerly section 8) it is for a Four Bedroom home. I am willing to accept a (3) bedroom with a Finished basement. I've held my Voucher for Seven (7) years. law abiding Citizen,loving Family. no pets. If the basement is finished and has it's own exit MCHCV will consider it a four bedroom and pay up tp $1,459.00 per month. Please take a moment a get information on the website.

Try contacting a local Realtor that can help you find properties that will accept your voucher. Trying to search the newspaper for this type of rental may prove to be more difficult. A Realtor can point you in the right direction.
