agreement? i mean take part of property and legally sell to another party
Your lease would continue to be in force if the proerty was sold. he couldnt just sell part of the land. Contact a real estate attorney at once to protect your rights. Also review your lease agreement as it should have a provion in there regarding if the property is sold.
Speak to an attorney immediately; it is my opinion that the lease supercedes a sale and although the property might be sold, you will still hold the lease.
