Hello and thanks for your request, Antonio.

90805 is North Long Beach, a very diversified area of Long Beach which doesn't include the area between Anaheim and PCH.

Indeed North Long Beach starts roughly around Del Amo Boulevard (above 49th Street), when the area you are interested is more between 14th and 20th street (knowing than the highest is the number, the furthest we are from the Ocean: in Long Beach, streets are parallel to the Ocean; Avenue are perpendicular.

So Anaheim Street, a parallel to the Ocean, goes from the Industrial West Long Beach, on the right bank of the Los Angeles River, to the very nice Eastside and its Golf Courses and Recreation Park. By the way, if Anaheim St and PCH are parallel, they are finally crossing in front of the Golf Course, Anaheim Street becoming Anaheim Road, through the high end College Park Estates and its mansions and millions dollars houses.

Between Atlantic and Temple, Anaheim Street is also known as Little Phnom Penh, in regard to its important Cambodian Community.

Traditionnally, people think it's better to live as far East as possible (the harbor being on West), and I believe it's also linked to the crime rate.

We are specialized in condo sales and propertymanagement in this area and do manage several hundreds of condos in the area which has your interest. We would be more than happy to continue to help you directly.

Since real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods, if you have any crime/safety concerns, do contact/visit the local police department and ask all your questions, hear all firsthand--also if not too familiar with the area do visit more than once and at different times of day, drive around, possibly chat with with locals, etc., then make a determination--will your comfort level be reached.
