The address on this unit is wrong, the correct address is 2551 W. 24 Street, not 2551 W. 24 Avenue. Some time ago I lived there in #A2. Please correct this. Oh, there is no West 24th Avenue in Greeley. Thank you. the question is, would you please correct the address? Thank you.

I think you need to contact Trulia to get the address changed
I believe that Trulia extracts its data from county records. This is a common mistake, is there a reason that this mistake is so important to you? if it is, you may want to relay this to the trulia staff. I believe that there is a "contact us" link somewhere on the site.
