I can suggest that you also contact (Call) your "sphere of influence"; your family and friends, letting them know that you are in the business and appreciate their referrals. Request their e-mail addresses so that you can send them relevant real estate information or be able to answer any questions they might have. Give them something of value. As you know, referral business is the name of the game.
