Will the streetcar and the cruise ship come down Chartres Street in the Bywater neighborhood ?
I want to know about the projects that are coming to the Bywater area so that I can tell my out of town friends who are interested in relocating to New Orleans specificially in the Bywate area. These riends grew up in this area and left for hurricane Katrina. They want to come back to New Orleans to live in the Bywater but want to be informed on the new developments or impreovements that will be made in the areaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

FIRST ANSWER
Do not promise anything yet...alot of plans for the Bywater have been put on hold.
The good news is there are many good values out there.
