I have been pricing land outside of houston for some time now, and it seems as though every time I find a large enough piece of wooded land inside my budget, it is in Cleveland. I am wondering if there is some reason why Cleveland land would be less desirable than land, say, in the Tomball area, or anywhere 30 miles outside of Houston.
