Paradise Valley & areas around Shea Blvd from Tatum up to & beyond 130 St. & Cactus Rd to the 101 loop have and of course north to Carefree/Cave Creek area.
Please don't hesitate to call if you are looking for a home in the Scottsdale area. I have lived in the area for about 30 yrs.

Many areas have larger lots (over half acre). Most happen to be north of the 101, but there are others, even in central Scottsdale. Many, long-term realtors, such as myself, can help you with this pursuit.

Good luck.

Scottsdale is one location you should have no issues finding a home or lot with .5 Acres plus. The question would be how much money are you willing to spend on the property?

Where do you want to be and what is your price range? Once you decide on that it is much easier to decide if there is anything out there that even meets your needs. HOA's, No HOA's, Gated, Not Gated, Golf, Not Golf, Sewer, septic, well, City Water are also things to consider. If you have any questions let me know. Based on your desires we can put together a list of matches for you. Thanks. Jeffrey Wilson, PLC. ReMax Fine Properties, 480-861-2005.
