Where is Ponderosa Pass?

It is in a new sub-division called Blue Creek Ranch. It isn't showing up on navigation systems or mapping systems as of yet. Go to Catherine Store, turn toward Carbondale on 100 Road. Ponderosa Pass is the first entrance into BCR; it is signed.
