Bailey is actually about 36 miles to Golden and 24 to Morrison. Bailey is a really nice community You should certainly consider that Bailey is in Park County Colorado where the taxes are lower. It a prime buy area. Bailey makes an ideal small town place to live with a great Denver Metro. area nearby. The nearby river offers year round outdoor enjoyment.
