In St Pete proper,....Old Northeast....Beach Drive across from the North Shore Park, Snell Isle and more specifically Brightwaters Blvd along the water, Off the Pinellas Bayway...Bayway Isles ..entrance across from Bacopa Condos. Bayway Isles is gated and every house except about 3 are on the water. If you include Tierra Verde which is not St Pete, then Oceanview Drive. If you expand for St Pete, then anything along the water, Bayshore Blvd in Shore Acres and also Venetian Isle. Other residential high end are the houses along Park Street on Boca Ciega Bay, but I don't consider it a neighborhood. Pass-A-Grille along the beach. On the Gulf, Belleair Shore. Good luck with your showing.

When it comes to high end, don't forget Pasadena Yacht & Country Club....the only gated golf & waterfront community. Optional private country club with amenities including golf, tennis, marina (docks available for lease or sale), Olympic style swimming pool, casual and fine dining.

Bayou Club - definitely is mid-county, gated with private country club and golf course.

Tierra Verde and Bayway Isles - not gated but lovely waterfront homes with quick/immediate access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf for those boating enthusiasts.

Old NE with traditional style homes near the newly vibrant downtown area.

All these areas provide quick access to the interstate and local area airports.

Snell Isle for Single Family Homes, Beach Drive for condominiums and Park Street for single family homes. If you extend it to St Petersburg in general you will then cover Tierra Verde, St Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille. All high end areas. The first three are downtown and the last three are on or close to the Gulf of Mexico.

I do like Old Northeast, but parking is an issue there. What about Tanglewood, Isle Harbor and also the gated community of Placido Bayou?

In St. Petersburg proper I would say the Snell Isle area, Placidou Bayou, Old NE, and one more that I think that could be included with this is Allendale Terrace. Please feel free to contact us/me should you have any other questions or concerns.

Ilya,

As an agent you know there are many beautiful high end areas. Three areas that come to mind quickly would be:
1. Snell Isle on the East side in the Old North East Section on the water
2. Jungle Shores on the west side
3. Tierra Verde and some other small communities along the water by St. Pete Beach
