Hi Kristina,
This is Tracy L. Williams with CENTURY 21 1st Team. The information that Theresa has provided is true in that the property is not listed on the MLS currently and the only activity was back in 2003 when it sold. However, I have a question to ask which might or might not impact your question. Have you seen any notices posted on the property insinuating a foreclosure?
On another note, based upon the basic listing information, there is a way to provide a very basic, general valuation that would be a rough estimate at best. A lot can change with a property in 5 years and the rough estimate would be based on the assumption that NOTHING has changed with the property's integrity. Additionally, as you are most likely aware, the real estate market has changed since 2003 and those factors would have to be considered in its estimate of valuation.
Let me know if you would like for me to put this together for you and further discuss your plans/ideas.
I can be reached at (219) 324-1586 which is my direct contact number. Or, you can email me at Tracy.Williams@C211stTeam.com.
I also have a website you can visit to see all of the properties currently listed on the MLS (these would be ALL listings not just CENTURY 21 listings). You can even set up your own searches which will email you when any properties come on the market that meet your specific criteria.
My website is http://www.LaPorteHomeSearch.com.
I hope this information has been helpful and I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
Sincerely,
Tracy L. Williams
