Hi Sean,

Lots of place names listed, but you've probably read all those names before. With that large a budget you should still be spoiled for choice when summer rolls around.

With a young family, my number one recommendation is to live within walking distance or at least biking distance of the elementary school/YMCA. That means Northlake Park, the Enclave at Northlake Park, Morningside, or Water's Edge. One of those four is where you want to end up. Any place else and the only way your boys will ever get to this school and the Y is in a car or bus. Would be a pity to lose such an opportunity for them to grow up the old fashioned way.

Let me know when your coming and I'll be glad to show you around (and yes even show you the other side of Narcoossee as well).

Good luck,

Hi Megan,

Are you a real person or an auto posting program? You have posted 68 blogs and answers in the past couple hours and all have the same source. If you wish to promote your website or services, fine, but don't pretend to be a "Home Buyer".

Your budget looks to be sufficient for basically any area of Central Florida.

In Central Florida you will find many many choices based on your short description here. As stated below you will find many fine neighborhoods in the area of Lake Nona. This is in Orange County.

You also have Seminole County that you may want to look into if you have not already. The Seminole and Oviedo area has long been attractive to relocation families due to it's highly rated school systems. I have been involved in relocating families to the Central Florida area for many years.

In order to serve you better we would need additional information about what you are looking for and your total needs when it comes to an area to look into. I am glad you are looking here on Trulia, you will find many qualified Realtors that can assist you.

It appears that you have made the first steps in obtaining the information you need. May I suggest interviewing several agents and choosing one that you are comfortable with to assist you in your home search here in Central Florida.

I will leave my contact information for your convenience if you would like to speak with me directly regarding your move. You should not have a problem finding a lovely home here in Sunny Florida! Let me know how I can help.

Sean,

I spent time in the Lake Nona area weekly showing new construction and existing and there are a handful of communities that stand out.

One is Eagle Creek, a gated golf community with a 4.5 star rated golf course, located directly across from the Medical City and will share a four way intersection and stop light on Narcoossee Road.

A couple more are Village Walk and North Shore

Remember if you plan to preview in the summer interview a couple of Realtors before you visit the builders websites and sign up, select the one that is knowledgeable on the area and will be comfortable to work with.

As a Realtor I strive to be the best spending hours researching the top areas of Orlando gaining information I pass on to buyers working with me.

Hope this helps,

It trully depends on your families lifestyle. If your looking for new construction there are beautiful new single family homes and Townhomes in the North Lake community, It's gated, walking distance to elementary (YMCA) The school has been given an A rating for the past 10 consecutive years, and they are offering one year pre-paid HOA, There are also short sales if you are able to wait.

Northshore is one of the great neighborhoods in the Lake Nona Area that is perfect for kids. They have a neighborhood school along with parks and playgrounds. There are lots of other neighborhoods in this area that would be perfect as well. Call me and we can discuss or you can go to my website http://www.buylakenonahomes.com and search there. The price range you are looking in is perfect for that area.
