I'm thinking about purchasing investment rental properties in Yonkers. What sections are being "revitalized" and show potential for growth?

You also might want to consider areas nearby along Broadway and the like. The waterfront area has a way to go and some neighboring areas are stable and not being turned inside out. The revitalization will lift those boats as well and you can still get splendid view s of the Hudson
