What's your opinion on the Caraleigh lofts in Raleigh?

I like their architectural features, but the high HOA and neighborhood concern me. Any other loft buildings that you'd recommend in the triangle area?

FIRST ANSWER

Hi Todd,

Take a look at the Cotton Mill. You might like that. Currently they have two units available that are 2B/2Ba.
The HOA is considerably less at around $200 per month.
