Hi Kimber - There's a pretty easy way to find out a lot about a property. Just go to your county property appraiser's office and search for the address! Most county PA's have tax information listed, and helpful links to other agencies where you can find even more information. Remember, though, that different places have different homestead (and other) tax exemptions, and you have to take that into consideration. What a new buyer may have to pay is sometimes much different than what a current owner is paying - especially if the current owner has been there for a long time. But looking in the public records will at least give you some idea. Hope this helps!
