What is the bottom line price for living in Plumas Lake, CA?

What is the flood insurance if you are purchasing a resale home? What is the property taxes and mello roos on a home around 275,000? What are the amounts payable to the county for water and garbage? Are there any other costs other than the mortgage payment for living in this area?

Hi Natalie,

Believe it or not, you as the buyer set the bottom line. By what is offered by you as the buyer, to purchase the home. Depending on location, builder and amenities, you can get a great home from $140,000 - $295,000! I currently have some GREAT opportunities in Plumas Lake for sale. Some are Short Sales which take some patience to complete (Do to time restraints) and have one beautiful home that is ready to move in and is landscaped really well on a NICE lot. I am expecting another "Equity" sale this week as well. All of these homes are priced from $144,777 to $211,777. You set the price by making the offer and getting it acepted by the seller.
