It depends...what do you like to do? What is your life style? There are great places to live in all three locations. If you are looking for help for a client, call the Chamber for additional info. If you still need some help give me a call!

Well, of course this is a personal preference & something to prayerfully consider, however here are a few things to ponder. There is usually an increase in prices of home moving out of clayton, and into Garner. However, Garner is a very established city right in the middle of Clayton & Raleigh. There are lots of things to do & convenience is wonderful. Clayton is projected to be another "Cary, NC" in a few years. It's rapid growth & affordable cost of living/homes has brought many people to this wonderful city. Located in b/w Smithfield & Garner, it's definitely an ideal place to live. When the Clayton ByPass is complete, it'll be even more desirable, taking some traffic off of by Hwy 70 hopefully. Willow Springs, not too familiar w/ that city, have shown a few homes around there & have friends who live there. It's upcoming, just not as fast as Clayton. It's a snug little town for sure! I pray this helps :) God Bless You

It would depend on what you are looking for. All three of this towns are in different locations and offer a different feel to them. If you want, go to http://www.YourDreamsYourHome.com and click on Search MLS, then click on Click Here to See Community Films. The films are of residents that live in different area of the Triangle and tell you about their community. If that's not what your looking for and want more info go to http://www.ci.garner.nc.us for Garner http://www.townofclaytonnc.org for Clayton http://www.willowspringsnc.us/index.html for Willow Springs

I hope that's helped you some.
