Nancy,

You are asking perhaps one of the best first questions any property owner can ask. Unfortunately for you the answer is not so simple. There are as many answers out there as there are agents. Be very careful not to be swayed by want you want to hear. Only a “ready willing and able buyer” can truly tell you what your property is worth. However, history of recently sold property can give an experience agent some general idea of what you could expect. Be should to consider the number homes that have sold within the last 6 – 12 months and compare this to the amount of homes available today.

All Real Estate is local is the first rule to follow. I can get you a great agency in your area that will address not only you needs but listen to and understand your dreams. Call or email me!

Hi Nancy:
Your home is custom built and obviously upgraded. To get a full evaluation you should call a local realtor asap. Making the call and discussing the homes market value is a free service and obligates you nada.

Unless an agent from your area specifically sees your posting - you won't get even close with agents outside your area. Your property sounds extremely marketable and desireable - but we don't know what the competition is in your market.

Please do yourself a huge favor and find out from family or friends who they would recommend you speak with first and "interview" at least 3 agents to get a good base to compare.

Much luck to you and I hope you sell quickly and at your price!
