There hasn't been as much investor purchasing in te past few months with rehabbing, but the are is still growing. Many areas in town have been drastically changing over the years. The prices had continually risen until this past year. Savannah's prices hav dropped just as they have in other areas of the country. The lower prices have made many areas much more affordable for owner occupants.
