Hi Marty, The average home in this area is 225-250. I am a neighborhood realtor. I have lived here all my life. There are many different homes, from condos, townhomes, twins and singles, and various ages as well. This area is convenient to major roads, shopping and transportation , both train and bus Let me know if you have any more questions
