What happens when a new home has no builder warraties? Are there still foundation warraties in place?

FIRST ANSWER
Difficult determine answer ask your buyers agent all the question(s) they are responsible of representing you in sales transaction.
AS with any home you are held responsible after purchase, any warranties attached executed sales agreement.
Pre existing home DOES NOT come with foundation warranty, if builder choose not offer then your decision search for another home or purchase one of interest with no warranty.
