San Pedro and Long Beach both have a ton of great originial craftsman homes and both are towns on the water. I don't know about the "most" but they have quite a few in different neighborhoods ranging from several million $ to $350,000.

Hi Sheila,
Nice name. Anyway, the Promenade neighborhood of Hercules, CA has many newer homes built in the Craftsman style, and is just a stones throw from the Bay. There are trails where locals (and their dogs) walk and bike along the water, and Ferry service is planned. Shops and restaurants are coming into the area, and the plan is to have a "walking" community.
