This depends on your price range, whether you have large pets, prefer a yard, or desire a garage.

Prices for a decent 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo/townhome with walking trails and community pool begin around $175,000 to $185,000. With condo fee, taxes, and based on a rate of 5.5% and zero down, you'd be looking at about $1,345 to $1,375 monthly.

If you have pets and prefer a yard so you can BBQ, then older townhomes built from 1985 to 1990 might run you a little less. Units with an attached garage will begin in the low to mid $200's,and can run as high as $350,000.
