Currently prices in the Outer Sunset are going up and in my opinion will appreciate over the long run along with all San Francisco real estate. The parts closest to the beach I think could appreciate very fast as more and more people discover how great the Outer Sunset is and how connected it is to the rest of the city,
It is very much a peaceful oasis right in San Francisco that requires no bridges or tunnels to get to, it is reminiscent of a beach town in other parts of California. The Outer Sunset may be the city's best kept secret.
