What are the best golf course home deals (current listings) in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs metro?

Need photogenic listings / $300 / a great deal because of ... significantly reduced pricing, outstanding pricing includes golf membership, prestigious club, putting green in backyard, etc.

Hello Kevin,

There are a lot of great deals on Golf Course homes around the Greater Denver area. The thing that I would ask you first is what price range and how much of a deal would you be interested in? Are you looking for a private course or Public? and where in town would you prefer to be?

Cherry Creek Country Club has some great Deals on homes that were originally listed in the High $2,000,000.00 range that are now bank owned and priced under $900,000.

Spring Valley Ranch in Elizebeth is a little more reasonoble for homes on the Course in the $300,000 range but the course is a public course and the homes are more standard.

Saddle Rock has had some Bank Owned homes that were in the $800,000 range that have been selling near $400,000.

Pradera in Parker has some great deals as well with homes ranging from the mid $300,000 all the way up to over $1,000,000.00

I myslef love the course at Pradera and it is Really a great place to live, I have friends who live on Saddle Rock and they really like the course but as it is public the Broken windows can become tiresome. LOL There are also some deals in Castle Pines but I am just going to be honest and tell you I am not as firmilliar with that area.

Look in Murphy Creek, Aurora, Colorado. There are a lot of short sale / reo properties in this subdivision.

The current status of the high end luxury home market offers some great opportunities for golf course homes. To say what is the best current opportunity would be based on a few variations. Where is the optimal location and what is your price threshold. As a luxury home specialist I follow this market pretty close. I have recently seen many deals on million plus dollar homes being sold in the 6 and 7 hundreds. These are some great equity purchases and will pay off when the market returns.
