Your location of "greater Naples metro" is rather broad so I would suggest you look at The Brooks which is on the northern edge of Naples and southern part of Bonita Springs. The clubhouse is quite spectacular. Golf is tremendous and it is bundled. Housing is lovely and mostly built around 2000. Winding Stream community within The Brooks is truly worth a look. Good luck!

Since youi are in real estate you know location is very important and today price and maintenance fees are very important. As a member of Foxfire Golf and Country Club which is a bundled 27 hole Arthur Hills Course is the best deal in town. I have been a member at Pelican Bay and Winstar on the Bay, but for the best value, I would rate Foxfire tops. NO DEBT. LOW MAINTNENANCE. FRIENDLIEST MEMBERS IN TOWN. BEST KEPT GOLF COURSE FOR THE MONEY.
