As you know, Tucson is a fantastic resort/golf community without the hurricanes. The best values would be Tucson National (aka Omni), Dove Mountain, El Conquistador and,if your clients wouldn't mind living a little further from the metro area, Saddlebrook. Some of the other courses are a little too hotel/guest driven.
